We train
AI training your staff will actually use.
Most AI training is a slideshow about the future. Ours is your team, their real work, and two hours of doing it faster.
Workshops for small business teams around Asheville and Western North Carolina, run by people who build with these tools every day.
How the training works.
- Built on your work, not examples. We collect the tasks that eat your team's week beforehand. The workshop uses those, so everyone leaves with time already saved.
- Hands-on from the first ten minutes. Laptops open, real tasks, real results. Nobody watches a demo for three hours.
- The safety talk included. What never goes into a public chatbot, how to catch confident nonsense, and a one-page use policy you can hand to new hires.
- Tool-agnostic on purpose. We resell nothing and take no referral fees. If the free tier covers your needs, that's the recommendation.

Training plus automation
Training pairs naturally with our automation work: we build the machine, your team learns to drive it, and nothing gathers dust after we leave.
Scoped together, priced in writing.
Training questions, answered plainly
What does a workshop actually cover?
Your staff's actual work. Before the session we ask what eats their week, and the workshop is built around those tasks: drafting emails and quotes, summarizing documents, handling repetitive questions, tidying spreadsheets. People leave having done their own job faster, not having watched a demo of someone else's.
Do my people need to be technical?
No. If they can write an email, they can do everything we teach. We deliberately skip the jargon and the prompt-engineering mysticism. The skills are plain: how to hand a task to AI, how to check its work, and when not to trust it.
Which AI tools do you teach?
The ones that fit your business and budget, which usually means the mainstream chat assistants plus whatever is already inside the software you use. We hold no reseller deals and take no referral fees, so if the free tier does the job, that is what we recommend.
What does training cost?
Honest ranges: a half-day workshop for up to 10 staff runs $800 to $1,500, a full day $1,500 to $2,500, and larger groups price at $150 to $250 per person. The monthly AI literacy retainer, for teams that want ongoing coaching as tools change, runs $500 to $1,000.
Is one workshop enough?
For a motivated team with simple needs, often yes. The honest complication is that the tools change every few months. That is what the monthly retainer is for: a standing session to keep skills current, answer the questions that piled up, and retire advice that has gone stale. If you don't need it, we won't sell it to you.
Should we set rules for how staff use AI?
Yes, and before the training, not after an incident. Every workshop includes the safety conversation: what client and patient information must never go into a public chatbot, how to spot confident nonsense, and a one-page use policy your team can actually follow. For practices that handle patient information, the policy is written with HIPAA in mind.
